Food Quality and Safety Auditor Badge

EBI offers students and professionals alike a professional training program accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE) for the specific role of Agri-food Quality and Safety Auditor. The result of a close collaboration between EBI and Mérieux NutriSciences, the training program initially aims to provide candidates with skills relating to food quality and safety, with a regulatory and standards component. Secondly, quality audit approaches and procedures will be developed, with a focus on case studies based on the diversity of customers of Mérieux NutriSciences, a benchmark in the field of food quality and safety.



Training for a specific profession

Because protecting consumer health is at the heart of today’s concerns, we offer you a two-semester training course including :

  • Teaching and expertise provided by professors and professionals over 6 months
  • A 6-month internship with a company

This training opens the doors to the auditing and consulting professions and to the role of Quality and Food Safety Auditor.
