The national reference survey (CGE 2026) shows it: 87% are employed 6 months after leaving EBI, and 10% go on to a Specialized Master® or a PhD. The average annual gross salary is €39,090, which is higher than the national APEC average for specialized master’s graduates in biology. Gender doesn’t matter—thanks to targeted actions to prepare for salary negotiation, pay is the same for men and women.
