Quality & Regulation Major

This engineering major trains quality managers to guarantee product repeatability. The quality manager analyses the production batches, writes procedures, and ensures that the European or international standards related to ingredients are followed by the teams. It also oversees the safety and security of the products.

Semesters 8 and 9

During these two semesters, the student-engineers will learn to :

  • Analyze risks on explicit properties of products and services, industrial, societal or strategic risks and industrial opportunities, propose strategies to respond to them
  • Organize, design and coordinate the company’s activities and processes to define, validate and guarantee product quality
  • Designing quality, safety and environmental management systems
  • Leading change, supporting and equipping teams in cross-functional management

Program

Student-engineers take 3 courses in their major in semesters 8 and 9 in addition to the language courses.

AMM

The course of regulation and marketing presents the MA file and the regulation of drugs in Europe. It covers market access, pricing and reimbursement of drugs. To complete the picture, the legislation on food supplements and health claims is described. A final section deals with medical devices (MDs), with classification, regulation and marketing in Europe.

travail

Internship at the end of my school program

During their master's degree in biology, from the 4th to the 5th year, engineering students are challenged by high value-added internships, contributing to change within the company. Depending on the company's needs, the end-of-studies engineering internship can be integrated into a professionalization contract of up to 9 months.
Students travel the world through their international internship for a period of 2 to 6 months.

#EBIste words

In Quality, the diversity of courses and tools that are shared with us gives us the necessary keys to carry out several missions of different nature. Our training can be applied to all sectors of activity.
We are also made aware of the responsibilities of quality controllers within a company. This is rewarding because we understand that our job is essential to the smooth running of a company.
