If you’re currently in Terminale Générale or Terminale Technologique, EBI offers several admissions options depending on your profile. The entire registration process is carried out via the Parcoursup platform.
Post-bac admissions
For the entire French education system (including French lycées abroad), and to enter the 1st year of the Ingénieur Grande École integrated preparatory program or the 1st year of EBI’s Bachelor Biotech Engineering program, all post-baccalaureate admissions are made through the Puissance Alpha post-baccalaureate competition.
Grande Ecole Engineer - Profile 2 Sciences
The 2 sciences profile (Maths + SVT or Physics/Chemistry or Bio-eco OR SVT + Physics/Chemistry + Complementary Maths) is eligible for the Grande École Engineering Pathway via the Puissance Alpha Post Bac Competition – Profil 2 sciences [130 places]
- Application fee: €125 (€10 for scholarship holders with supporting documents)
- Evaluation methods: 50% case study / 50% written tests
- The written tests will take place on Saturday April 27, 2024.

Grande Ecole Engineer - Profile 1 Science
The 1 science profile (Maths or SVT or Physics or Bio-eco + other) is eligible for the Grande École engineering pathway via the Puissance Alpha Post Bac competition – Profil 1 science [10 places]
- Application fee: €125 (€10 for scholarship holders with supporting documents)
- Evaluation methods: 50% case study / 50% written tests
- The written tests will take place on Saturday April 27, 2024.

Grande Ecole Engineer - STL profile
The STL stream Technological profile is eligible for the Grande École engineering pathway via the Puissance Alpha Post Bac Technological profile competition . [10 places]

Bachelor Biotech Engineering - All profiles
Terminales Générales (1 or 2 sciences) and Terminales Technologiques (filière STL, STI2D, ST2S, STAV) are eligible for the Bachelor Biotech Engineering via the Puissance Alpha Bachelor Competition. [40 places]
