Assistantship Day 2025: Student engagement in the spotlight

At EBI, our students have the opportunity to become actively involved in academic life by becoming, on a voluntary basis, assistants to a teacher or a member of the administrative staff for one or two semesters.

This program perfectly illustrates the values that drive us: commitment, responsibility, and collaboration. It allows students to participate in concrete projects while showcasing their skills, creativity, and initiative.

A practical and educational experience

As assistants, students not only deepen their theoretical knowledge: they also have the opportunity to put it into practice in real-life situations, a central principle of EBI pedagogy.

Throughout their assignments, they are led to work on a variety of projects and assume different responsibilities. This experience contributes to the development of essential skills such as teamwork, organization, time management and problem-solving, in line with the school’s educational approach.

Discovering the assistance projects

During the Assistantship Day, we had the pleasure of discovering the posters presenting the assistantship projects carried out during the last semester.

These posters, created by the students, offer a concrete overview of the missions carried out and the results obtained. They demonstrate the creativity, ingenuity and commitment of the participants.

Each project highlights the work accomplished, but also the students’ ability to innovate, collaborate and take on new challenges, qualities that we encourage and value within EBI.

An experience that prepares for the future

This teaching assistantship program provides significant added value to students’ academic journeys. It also strengthens the bonds between students, teachers, and administrative staff.

Staff members benefit from the support of engaged students, while the latter gain valuable experience that prepares them for the professional world.

Through this initiative, EBI pursues its objective: to train responsible engineers, capable of engaging and contributing positively to the scientific and societal challenges of tomorrow.
