Pink October: EBI employees commit to the fight against breast cancer

During Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, EBI employees mobilized to support this vital cause. In collaboration with Hopeful, the school’s humanitarian association, several events were organized.

A three-stage mobilization

EBI employees have planned a series of initiatives throughout October to combine sport, conviviality and community involvement.

  • Kick-off walk – Tuesday, October 1st: the month began with a 5km walk starting from the school. This event marked the launch of the challenge and brought together employees and students around a common goal: raising awareness about breast cancer screening.
  • Second walk – Wednesday, October 9: To maintain momentum and continue the spirit of solidarity, a short 1.5 km walk was organized. A friendly opportunity to come together and share ideas about this important cause.
  • Bake Sale – Tuesday, October 15: EBI employees organized a bake sale for EBI students. This friendly gathering provided an opportunity to share a moment of conversation and support for a worthy cause.

All funds raised were donated to the Hopeful association, thus reinforcing the school’s commitment to the fight against breast cancer.

An initiative that makes sense

These actions reflect the values of solidarity and humanism upheld by EBI. By actively participating in Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October), employees and EBI students demonstrate that it is possible to reconcile commitment, cooperation, and trust—fundamental values for EBI. The school warmly thanks all participants and reiterates the importance of supporting breast cancer research and prevention.
